I never got my tickets from the order #1121****. Theres a download option but it will only download a blank file.

Poor customer service, can't call as the number doesn't work and customer service email no one replies to and other email bounces back.

Verified Reviewer |RUDE BEHAVIOR AND NOT BE ABLE TO HELP
I came to the station and asked a lady how much the ticket was. She said 9, but I responded, stating that the price listed was 7.
I mentioned that if I were to buy it online now, it would be 7. So, I purchased the ticket. I arrived at 5:50 to board the bus scheduled for 6:10. The ticket did not indicate the time when I was buying it.
She told me that I couldn't board this bus because I had just bought my ticket. She hadn't informed me beforehand that if I purchased a ticket on the spot, she wouldn't allow me and my mom to board.
She merely closed the door of the bus and left. I have never experienced such rudeness.

Left my black purse on the bus
They have not gotten back to me and it will be a week since leaving them multiple emails tomorrow. I am really disappointed and upset with the no response and just want to know if they have my purse or not.
Still without feedbag from custemer care
Still waiting custemer to answer my issue.I forgot my bag in the bus from Rome to Fiumicino,time bus 16.10 on the 9th of November.When i noticed i went and spoke with Terravision employer and she called the bus driver which confermed the bag is in the bus.The driver told them he will leave the bag the day after at Terravision bus ticket office outside the airport.They told me to write custemer care regarding the issue how to recover the bag because my flight was in 90minutes.

Verified Buyer |Refund of my unused ticket
I was at the Charleroi airport on the 31st of May going to Gare du Midi. I was about to board when a supervisor said my ticket wasn't valid as I did not have a QR code.
The said supervisor assisted me in checking my account but there was no QR code to download. I was asked to purchase a new ticket, which I had no option but to repurchase.
I have requested a refund of my unused ticket totaling 120 euros to no avail. I hereby request a refund.

When I answered the staff they told me to come back tomorrow 8:30
Early in this morning I went central station.
Drive of the bus maltreated so sorry for my money and clothes and documents everything is there

My luggage was lost during the bus ride from Milan Malpensa Airport to Milan Centrale. I asked to check the Terravision where it is from ouline form. And my contact person said to ask his/her colleagues to check, but no answer is coming in 3 days.

Verified Reviewer |New Tickets issue
Terravision never reply to the my emails or to my pissed message.Today is the 7 March 2023 and my first email to Terrvision was on the end of January 2023
On boarding the coach the drive did not accept it because the QR code was not on the photo and I had to pay for 2 new tickets.
I download my booking after I had a chance to connect on the internet and email it to Prestia Commande (the company Terravision use) for a refund or 2 new tickets for my return from Palermo town to the airport and I was told to contact Terravision which I did many time before my departure on the 4 Feb. and always the same standard reply from Terraviosn that a customer service agent will reply in 10 to 15 days time.
I never receive an email after I done the booking advice me to download the reservation and I believe Terravision can give a quicker reply than 10 / 15 days and probably could have issue me 2 return tickets and have a happy customer.
Awaiting for a Terravision reply with no hope to have a refund.
